Ask-the-Dr's 6-Step Process

Step 1 Select the Best Plan Select the best plan for your family.	Step 2 Sign Up as a Member Sign up as a member and receive your member ID immediately after payment is processed.
Step 3 Schedule a Doctor Consultation Call or email to schedule a doctor consultation. For info, you will be connected to a doctor immediately. For diagnostics consultation, Ask-the-Dr locates a physician licensed in the state where you are at the time, and that doctor calls you back, usually within one (1) hour – three (3) hours guaranteed.	Step 4 Consult with the Physicians Consult the the physician about your questions (informational consultation),or get diagnosis, recommended treatment, and prescription, when appropriate (diagnostic consultation).
Step 5 The Physician Documents Your Consulation The physician then documents your consulation in your electronic medical record.	Step 6 Follow-Up with Your Primary Care Physician Follow-up with your Primary Care Physician. You may also email your consulting doctor for follow-up.
