Mr. Schaefer attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned his Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 1988.  Since then, he has enjoyed over 20 years of leadership experience in hospital management, medical device development and information management.  His passion for healthcare, technology, and business operations is a perfect fit for Doctors On Call and Ask-the-Dr, where his primary responsibility is creating the bridge between vision and practice, while maintaining focus on quality, thus ensuring that our customers get the best telemedicine service our industry has to offer.

Mark Rippley

Director, Group Program Development

As a former vice president of a division of AT&T, as well as a small business owner, Mr. Rippley brings a wealth of business, customer service, and management experience from both ends of the spectrum, to Ask-the-Dr.  With his 20-plus years of marketing and sales experience, he is responsible for presenting the Ask-the-Dr programs to groups and corporations, who are able to save substantial dollars by providing the telemedicine service to their employees. In addition, he is charged with helping to create awareness for both the consumer and corporations, of the different money- and time-saving features the program offers.

Eric Hill, Esq.

General Counsel

Mr. Hill attended Baylor University, earning his law degree in 1996. He has over 15 years of experience practicing law in and around Dallas, TX, with experience managing a variety of different law practices.  He has also enjoyed a track record of success in the residential and commercial real estate markets.  While Mr. Hill’s chief responsibilities include contract development and corporate governance, he also plays a vital role in client development and strategic planning.
