Problems with the Hand Wrist and Arms
- Affected area is deformed or swollen-a fractured bone, contact a doctor for treatment options
- The pain gets worse when you move your arm, wrist or hand-possible sprain, use ice and over the counter pain medicine
- Pain that increases with repetitive movement-You could have Tendinitis, use ice and ibuprofin but conatct the doctor if condition worsens
- Numbness or pain especially when flexing-This is probably due to Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
- Swollen and tender joint-Rheumatoid Arthritis
