Joint aches & pains
As we get older our cartilage wears and tears due to injuries, bad posture, and carrying too much weight. As this wears, the cushioning between joints is lost causing arthritis. Arthritis can be painful, even crippling, making the simplest task seem impossible. This is why caring for your joints is important. The first thing you can do to help your joints is lose weight. If you are overweight, more pressure is put on your joints causing them to get injured easier as well as making the cartilage wear down faster. Aerobic exercise is also a good way to keep your joints from hurting as it reduces swelling. Be sure, however, that you contact a doctor before beginning an exercise regimen.
